Burghfield and Mortimer Volunteer Bureau
The main purpose of the Volunteer Bureau (VB) is to provide transport by car to anyone in the parishes of Burghfield, Mortimer West End, Stratfield Mortimer, Silchester, Sulhamstead and Ufton Nervet who is unable to use other means, in particular for medical appointments. In addition the Bureau organizes transport to local day centres for some elderly residents.
